Sorry, but that saying by Thich Nhat Hanh, is taken out of contexte. If you know what this man, a vietnamese buddhist monk who traveled through the USA, during the war in Vietnam to speak of peace, did, and the anger he met, you would be in contexte and understand the pertinence of this saying.
