Blue Eagle's blog

B: Dear Blue Eagle, there is something which puts me ill at ease in some of Anastasia's teachings, because I sense some kind of inconsistency in them, and I don't know how to make sense with all this: indeed, she describes the Vedruss people as the most perfect and pure of civilizations, before they were corrupted by some ill-thinkers. Among other things, she describes their exceptional craft, for example, how a young girl would gain the love of her future husband by sewing and embroidering a shirt comparable to none, and when I read those lines, I have the feeling that such activities as handcrafts are a privileged way to develop one's sense of beauty, harmony, and spirituality, because such creation is like a kind of meditation, where we are in contact with beauty and purity.
But yesterday, I was reading again Book 3 of Anastasia's teachings, and I came across that page where Vladimir asks her if she could create something, for instance if she could embroider. And there she comes with this terrible reply: no, she would never be able to do such a thing, because she would have to use a needle".This requires the destruction of some natural elements of nature. And then, she goes on with her stating that real creation is when Man creates with his thought, not with his hands.
So, what about the Vedrusses? What about my needles, which I cherish so much? Should I stop sewing, knitting, and throw everything away, so as to free all my time to be able to think more?
Her grandfather and great-grandfather are always described by Vladimir with the clothes they wear, which do not seem to be made of dried herbs, but of fabrics. Does it mean they have lost their original purity, or does it mean Anastasia has such extremely high standards for herself, that they do not correspond even to the way her forebears used to live?
BE: Yes, you are right. Having grown up alone in the Siberian taiga, Anastasia has never had any need for manufactured implements. The only clothing she has comes from her mother. They have lasted a long time since she hardly ever wears them. Her communication with the world has made it her mission to use her thoughts to heal and reinstate Man as Great Spirit's collaborator in creating earthly paradise. A needle in its manufacturing requires mining, which means cutting open Earth Mothers skin with great machines of powerful destruction to extract iron ore, and then sending this to manufacturing plants that also pollute the earth. In touching such an object, Anastasia, who has a very keen perception of everything, would sense all that pollution and destruction. So she would not be able to use such a tool. But you are not Anastasia! You can use such a tool to beneficial uses! Clothing that you create is much more ecological than those bought at a store! And Anastasia already answered this question in another paragraph of one of her books. She said that any of the tools and technologies, implements or administrative procedures that could be put to use of healing and making more beautiful the earth and its inhabitants could be used. So, of course you can continue to use your sewing implements and machines without worry or ethical or ecological dilemma.
As for her Grandfather and Great Grandfather, I'm sure that their clothing came from very ecologically sound practices.
